- Product Vision & Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals.
- Backlog Management:
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric approach.
- Collaborate with development teams to facilitate understanding and implementation of requirements.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Gather and analyze feedback to inform product improvements and updates.
- Conduct regular presentations and updates on product status and performance.
- Performance Metrics:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Analyze user data and feedback to iterate and enhance the product.
- Has had success in delivering a SaaS-based project management solution as a Product Owner
- Certified Agile Product Owner.
- Understanding of the Media and Advertising industry.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
