We do this through strategic and complimentary areas of focus: Strategy & Insights, Value, Access & Outcomes, and Medical Strategy & Communications.Responsibilities / Position overviewThe Kantata Solution Specialist is responsible for the Kantata OX PSA tool, including architecture, development oversight, workflows, proactive administration, roadmap & enhancements, permissions, security, and day-to-day break fix user issue resolution.As a member of the Enterprise Applications Group, they will align business needs with technical solutions and will collaborate closely with central and business unit teams to fully implement and adopt best practices for using Kantata OX.Day to day responsibilities include:
  • System Design & Architecture; Driving development, maintenance, and enhancement of Kantata OX PSA tool to align with business goals, leading system upgrades, and advising on limitations and alternatives. Execution of enhancements via monthly BAU release cycle and roadmap plan prioritized by functional leadership.
  • System Administration; Own administering of Kantata OX ensuring optimal system performance, managing user access and updates, monitoring license usage, and providing performance reports.
  • Integration and Customization; Partner with NetSuite Administrator on NetSuite and Kantata OX bi-directional integrations and data flow, ensuring data integrity and optimizing business processes.
  • Documentation; Capture details of testing, development and implementation work, alongside any user focused system training and how to guidance to contribute to functional process training.
  • Service Desk Ticket; Resolution of break fix issues raised by Kantata OX user community.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement; Collaborate with wider EAG team members, Technology Service colleagues, and functional leaders to gather requirements details to provide enhancement / alternate ways of working solutions. Engage with Kantata on defined packets of work to support maintenance and development of Kantata OX e.g., complex workflows.
  • Data Governance and Reporting; Ensure integrity of data mapping and flow between integrated systems, hygiene and quality of data in Kantata OX, and availability of data for wider delivery and financial reporting natively within Kantata OX or through Data Warehouse for PowerBI reporting.
  • Month End Close; Responsibility for month end close in Kantata OX to run processes to extract of key delivery data (approved time, EAC etc.) to support Finance with up-to-date backlog reporting, revenue recognition, invoicing and intercompany activity.
Qualifications
  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in related area, with a master’s degree desirable
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience of system management, maintenance, enhancements.
  • Demonstrated experience with a PSA tool.
