The North Hammersmith & Fulham Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Non-Clinical Director to provide strategic, operational, and programme leadership across its nine GP practices serving a population of 58,000 in and around the W12 area of London.This senior leadership role will be central to supporting the PCNs continued growth and maturity, ensuring delivery of integrated, population-focused, and digitally-enabled primary care services in line with the recent NHS 10 Year Health Plan, North West London ICB priorities, and the transformation to neighbourhood-based integrated teams.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will play a key role in improving health outcomes and reducing inequalities for a diverse and deprived local population, coordinating service transformation, workforce development, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance.Working closely with the PCN Clinical Director, GP partners, practice teams, NHS and community partners, and LCW UCC (the employing organisation), this is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of primary care in North Hammersmith & Fulham and establish a strong foundation for sustainable, high-quality services.About usLondon Central West Unscheduled Care Collaborative (LCW UCC) is the employing organisation for this role within North Hammersmith & Fulham PCN.
