You'll be the first point of contact for guests and staff, handling any issues with professionalism and care, while keeping operations seamless across all departments.What you'll do:
  • Take responsibility for hotel operations during your shift.
  • Be the go-to person for guest queries, requests, and problem resolution.
  • Support and guide the front office and wider hotel team.
  • Monitor safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to keep service standards high.
  • Provide clear handovers and updates for the management team.
The PersonAs well as having previous experience in a similar supervisory or management role, you're confident, approachable, and guest-focused. You stay calm under pressure, lead by example, and make sound decisions on the spot.
