- Build and maintain strong client and agency relationships through regular contact and updates.
- Support the implementation of digital campaigns from briefing through to delivery and reporting.
- Quality control across creative and operational deliverables – from decks to live campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and strategists.
- Grow into a confident client presenter, capable of articulating the agency’s value proposition and campaign strategies.
- 1+ year of experience in a digital, media, or creative agency setting (internships welcome too).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A natural collaborator who’s comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Confident working with creatives and analysts alike – able to bridge the gap between art and data.
- Eager to learn and grow in a highly supportive, fast-moving environment.
