– Oversee workload and performance management, ensuring excellence in practice.
– Support professional development through training, learning, and research opportunities.
– Build partnerships and work collaboratively with agencies to ensure integrated services.
– Promote early intervention strategies to prevent escalation to statutory intervention.
– Attend multi-agency meetings and represent the council as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
