An inspiring Alternative Provision school in Lytchett Minster is seeking dedicated 1-1 Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025. This is your chance to support pupils aged 6-16 with diverse social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, including ASD, trauma, school phobia, PDA, and ODD—all with individual EHCP plans.This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils on a one-to-one basis, helping them overcome barriers to learning while providing vital emotional support.   • Experience supporting primary and/or secondary school students
