  • Assist students with personal care needs, including feeding, mobility, and hygiene.
  • Support students in the classroom, ensuring they are able to engage with their lessons and activities.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Promote the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
  • Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor students’ progress.
  • Provide emotional and behavioral support to help students thrive in a school setting.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
