- Managing building marketing end-to-end (messaging, collateral, liaising with Workplace Consultants and Real Estate Advisory).
- Owning key audience communication with broker and agent partners, landlords, and tenants.
- Organising and delivering marketing-led events that drive engagement.
- Running social media campaigns – content, copywriting, scheduling, reporting.
- Identifying opportunities for automation.
- Analysing and sharing campaign performance with insight, not just data.
- Ensuring the smooth creation and delivery of assets, uploads, and reporting.
- Strong written and visual communication skills (social, copy, decks, etc).
- Familiarity with marketing tools for email, SEO, and social media scheduling and analysis.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and a task management tool (we use Asana).
- Experience running or contributing to multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content creation tools.
- Bonus: Experience with or enthusiasm for photography and video capture and editing.
