- Promote and enforce Health & Safety, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Manage teams, deliver training, and drive high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with company food policies, menus, and recipes
- Build strong client relationships and respond promptly to feedback
- Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and food presentation
- Maintain accurate records for compliance, reporting, and performance tracking
- Implement planning, control measures, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Level 3 Food Safety Certificate required (or to be achieved within 3 months)
- Minimum 1 year as Kitchen Manager or experienced Catering Assistant, ready to step up
- Strong cooking skills and understanding of school catering
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety, profit and loss, and kitchen systems like Cypad
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel independently and work proactively
- Positive attitude with high energy and a client-focused mindset
