
Sales Engineer - Commercial Heat Pumps and Chillers

- Field sales role selling a distribution range of commercial and industrial (100kw+) heat pumps and chillers, plant supply only
- 50% of your time will be spent selling into M&E contractors, 50% winning specifications with M&E consultants (small element of FM and end user work)
- Predominantly a new business role , although you will inherit a pipeline of circa £3m-£4m
- Revenue target year one circa £500,000, year 2 £1m
- Typically project sizes £200,000-£400,000 (circa £100,000-£150,000 per chiller)
- Sector targets; commercial, industrial, healthcare and education
- Delivering high spec climate solutions
- Must have a proven track record in the sales of HVAC or renewable products
- Ideally sold heat pumps or chillers for commercial or industrial applications
- Mix of engineering and sales background may be advantageous
- Network of contacts within M&E consultants and M&E contractors
- Technical product knowledge preferred but not essential and full product training will be provided
- Door opener/ new business hunter
