We live by a simple set of values: to delight our customers, maximise our efficiency, be socially responsible and be an employer of choice.We are now recruiting for LGV/HGV C+E Class 1 Drivers on a full time, permanent basis based for various shift patterns in Spalding.Job DescriptionYour role will include operating refrigerated vehicles, delivering and collecting chilled stock from Local and Regional Distribution Centres as well as Farms and Packhouses across the UK.Shifts:
  • Tuesday Saturday 01:00
  • Thursday Monday 18:00
  • Thursday Monday 01:00
  • Wednesday Sunday 10:00
  • Wednesday Sunday 20:00
  • Wednesday Sunday 22:00
  • Saturday Wednesday 00:01
  • Saturday Wednesday 19:00-21:00
Tramping shifts avaialble:
  • Monday Friday 04:00-06:00 tramping
  • Wednesday Sunday 04:00 – 06:00 tramping
  • Tuesday – Saturday 04:00 – 06:00 tramping
  • Thursday – Monday 04:00 – 06:00 tramping
Salary/Basic Rates:
  • Basic: Mon - Fri up to 10* working hours - £14.36 per hour.
  • Basic: Mon - Fri up to 10* working hours between the hours of 23:00pm-05:00am - £15.47 per hour.
  • Overtime: Mon - Fri over 10* hours & Saturdays - £16.41 per hour.
  • Overtime: Mon - Fri over 10* hours & Saturdays between the hours of 23:00pm-05:00am - £17.70 per hour.
  • Sundays & Bank Holidays - £18.76 per hour.
  • Sundays & Bank Holidays between the hours of 23:00pm-05:00am - £20.22 per hour.

Qualifications
  • Possession of LGV C+E Licence
  • Current DCPC
  • Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and Current Drivers Hours Desirable but full training can be provided
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work Effectively and Accurately in a Fast Paced Environment
  • Effectively Prioritise Workload in Order to Meet Set Deadlines
