- Previous B2B sales experience preferred
- Grow business within existing salons and key accounts. Generate new business through prospecting new salons.
- Maximise growth, turnover and distribution of all lines within the Aston & Fincher portfolio to include the Aston & Fincher Furniture and Beauty offering.
- Develop and implement salon training programmes / to include retail training, marketing ideas, merchandising, staff incentives.
- Promote and sell Academy courses within your designated stores.
- Monitor quarterly sales results
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the stores Branch Managers in setting and achieving your goals
