- Deliver projects safely and responsibly, meeting time, budget, and quality requirements in line with the GRIP process and company standards
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure all project activities adhere to environmental and health & safety guidelines
- Manage changes and risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the production of comprehensive project management plans
- Manage project budgets and targets effectively
- Track project progress and communicate updates, including risks and issues, to stakeholders
- Experience in project management within the rail infrastructure sector
- Proficiency in civil engineering principles
- Understanding of Oracle Projects
- Knowledge of commercial and financial procedures
- HND/HNC qualification or equivalent
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
