Business/Transaction Manager required in Bristol.
  • £28,000 basic salary with £56,000+ uncapped on-target annual earnings and a personal company car.
  • Mon-Sat with one scheduled day off in the week and 1 in 2 Sundays required.

Our client; a large multi-franchise approved car dealer group with multiple dealerships across South West England, is currently looking to recruit a Business/Transaction Manager to join their dealership in Bristol.Reporting to the Sales Manager, as a Business/Transaction Manager, you shall work with our client's car sales team and will be responsible for facilitating the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products to our client's customers when purchasing a vehicle.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
  • Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Car Sales Executives.
  • Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
  • Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
  • Upskill the sales team by training in finance and insurance.
To be eligible; you will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bristol and have strong recent experience as a Business/Transaction Manager or at a similar or higher level within a franchise-approved car dealership. Career stability is essential for our client at this stage, as well as a UK Driving Licence with minimal points. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for our client's company and the brands they represent.What's in it for you?   • Basic salary of £28,000 per annum.
  • An uncapped and realistic on-target-earnings of £56,000+ per annum based on sales performance.

  • Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm with one scheduled day off in the week. Saturdays are 8.30am-5.00pm, and Sundays are 10.00am-4.00pm, with 1 in 2 Sundays required.
