- Reporting: Keeping records of attendance and any incidents that occur during the lesson.
- Skills Development: Developing essential skills such as classroom management, communication, and leadership.

- Flexibility: Often, Cover Supervisor roles offer flexible hours, making it possible to balance with university studies.

- Qualifications: You need to be a university student or graduate. Some experience working with young people can be beneficial.
- Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills, ability to manage a classroom, and a responsible, authoritative presence.
- Training: If you have no experience of working in schools we can provide training to help you become an effective Cover Supervisors, focusing on classroom management and school policies.
- Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.)
