Yes, our roots are in car-park management, however, we’re so much more - expanding into new verticals to disrupt industry norms and elevate our sector with technology-led solutions that deliver measurable business impact for our clients, as well as improve the public’s everyday experience of travel and parking.PositionWe are seeking a dedicated Quality and Assurance Executive to join our Appeals team and ensure our quality is kept and maintained to our high standards.The Quality and Assurance Executive will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with various departments and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the excellence and consistency of our business operations.Responsibilities and Duties· To conduct quality assurance on work processed through the complaints and appeals teams.· Maintain and ensure consistency with QA on all tasks reviewed.· To assist in analysing quality performance metrics.· To assist the Team Leader in creating and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product and service quality.· To assist in identifying areas for improvement across quality assurance and potentially other departments.· Collaborate with departments on processes and quality improvement.Who you are· You are a detail-oriented individual with the ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently.· You ensure effective communication and are proactive and accurate.· You are organised and able to multitask.· You will be a person who will want to take an active role in the team, providing support to both the team and team manager.Agena ValuesWe believe that the way we do business is as important as the business that we do. The office dress code is smart casual.
