About the Team The Health & Care Regulatory team comprises 60 specialists working across four UK offices. They're known for their practical, client-focused advice and for being approachable, collaborative, and down-to-earth. The team works flexibly across locations and offers a mix of remote and office-based working.
What You'll Be Doing You'll be advising clients across a wide range of legal and regulatory areas, both contentious and non-contentious, including:
  • Court of Protection litigation and human rights issues
  • Inquests, mental health, and safeguarding matters
  • Patient safety, serious incident response, complaints, and disputes
  • Regulatory enforcement (CQC, HSE, Ofsted)
  • Education law, children law, and governance in health/social care
You’ll manage your own caseload, support more complex cases, undertake advocacy, and contribute to business development.
