What You'll Be Doing You'll be advising clients across a wide range of legal and regulatory areas, both contentious and non-contentious, including:
- Court of Protection litigation and human rights issues
- Inquests, mental health, and safeguarding matters
- Patient safety, serious incident response, complaints, and disputes
- Regulatory enforcement (CQC, HSE, Ofsted)
- Education law, children law, and governance in health/social care
Who They're Looking For This role would suit a newly qualified solicitor who:

- Has excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
