Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerWarminster BA12£44,000 - £46,000 per annum + Overtime + BonusFull-time | Permanent | Choice of Shift PatternsAre you an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced, forward-thinking manufacturing environment?Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected manufacturer based in Warminster, for a talented and driven Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team.Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.Rapid response to equipment breakdowns - fault finding (electrical and mechanical).Conduct regular inspections, lubrication, adjustment, and component replacement.Perform safety checks to ensure operational safety and compliance.Replace consumables (filters, belts, lubricants).Test and calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts.Oversee or manage cleaning crews during maintenance tasks.Health & Safety / Compliance:Ensure all tasks are performed in line with Health & Safety standards.Assist with implementing H&S policies.Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold environmental and quality standards.What We're Looking For:Formal qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (e.g., Apprenticeship, HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, 17th/18th Edition).Experience in a similar Mechanical, Electrical, or Dual Skilled maintenance role.Previous experience in corrugated packaging or machinery such as Die Cutters, Flexo Printers, or Multipoint Gluers is highly advantageous.Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Comfortable working independently and under pressure.Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks.Salary & Benefits:Salary£44,000 - £46,000 per annumQuarterly bonus (after 6 months)Regular overtime available (paid at 1.5x)Company pension schemeHealth & wellbeing programmeOn-site parkingEmployee referral programmeShift Options:Fixed Afternoon Shift13:45 - 22:00ORRotating Shift:Week 1: 05:45 - 14:00Week 2: 13:45 - 22:00Interested in joining a stable company with excellent benefits and long-term opportunities?If you would like to apply for the role of Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, then please email your CV to donna.gibson@hawk-3.com or call Donna on 07885968651.Closing date is 13.09.25 Please note this could change subject to suitable applications.Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are acting as an employment agency on behalf of its client.By applying for the above position and providing your personal data to us you understand that your data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
