- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for the external sales staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to support client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that add value for customers.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Ideally have a manufacturing, packaging, FMCG or Distribution background although other industries will be considered.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly organised.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team.
