- Dayshift hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- £500 Welcome Bonus (paid after 6 months, subject to successful probation)

As a Care Assistant, you will be a vital part of our care team, supporting residents with daily routines and promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. You will provide hands-on care in line with individual care plans, help maintain a safe and clean environment, support nutritional needs, and build meaningful relationships that brighten each resident’s day. Your kind nature and attention to detail will help create a truly homely and supportive setting for those we care for.What We Are Looking For
- SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
- Ideally at least 6 months of experience in a care setting, though we welcome applications from those with a passion for care and transferable skills
- A genuine interest in working with older people and a commitment to delivering excellent care
- A team player with integrity, compassion and strong communication skills
