- Lead and coordinate engineering and shift teams to deliver electrical maintenance across all campuses.
- Maintain and operate electrical systems including isolations, distribution, lighting, and fire detection.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and QMUL procedures during subcontractor works.
- Support documentation updates (SOPs, EOPs, asset registers) and contribute to strategic planning.
- Respond to incidents, lead investigations, and promote resilience through scenario training and technical assessments.
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations/Maintenance or a fully completed Electrical Apprenticeship (minimum Level 3 or equivalent).
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing Qualification or equivalent.
- BS7671 17th Edition Certification.
- Hot and Cold Water System (L8) Certification.
- Proven record of management and development experience and/or enhanced management qualification in a customer-focused or complex organisation.
- Demonstrated continuing professional development to maintain professional recognition.
