If you're passionate about professional development and thrive on creating meaningful change, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.What You Will Do:- Develop and deliver professional training programmes tailored to engineering roles, ensuring every team member is equipped with up-to-date knowledge.- Create and manage high-quality training materials in line with process updates, maintaining records of training versions.- Coordinate training schedules to ensure timely delivery across the organisation.- Design and implement tests to measure delegate understanding and competency, providing additional support where needed.- Offer post-training assistance through clinics, one-to-one sessions, and real-time issue resolution.- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to drive adoption and embed processes into business-as-usual operations.What You Will Bring:- Proven experience in training development and delivery is a must, ideally with a focus on process improvement.- Proven experience in classroom training is essential, preferably with process focus.- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively across all organisational levels.- Solid understanding of change management principles and experience in driving adoption.- An analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and adapt to dynamic environments.The role is integral to the company's ambition of re-engineering processes for continuous improvement.
