- Managing a portfolio of residential properties let on ASTs
- Serving Section 21 and Section 8 notices
- Ensuring properties comply with all safety and legal standards
- Negotiating tenancy renewals and handling deposit returns
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Resolving maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
- Handling disputes, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
- Proven experience in residential property management
- In-depth understanding of current lettings legislation
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload efficiently
- Effective at resolving issues and managing conflict
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Local knowledge of the Basingstoke area (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence essential (own car preferred)

- Salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
