Our client Secondary school are looking to source and appoint a forward thinking English teacher who has the ability to teach English in an engaging manor to cover a teacher retirement in the new year. The school are considering applications from English teachers of all abilities and are welcome to applications from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT’s) as well as more experienced teachers. The Head of the English department has highlighted that they would like to appoint an English teacher that is passionate about the subject and can purvey this in their teaching.Progression opportunities are extremely likely; if successful over the initial period the school would look to offer a permanent contract to the incoming teacher.The school have recently appointed a new Leadership Team and are now run by two National Leaders of Education who have taken the responsibility of recruitment of new staff amongst many other tasks.Our client Secondary school is smaller than average Secondary school and currently has around 680 students on roll.
