📆 Fully On-siteA leading delivery partner on the United Utilities Capital Delivery Framework is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of water infrastructure projects across the North West.This is a contract opportunity, offered outside IR35.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site activities on water infrastructure projectsEnsure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standardCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersEnforce compliance with health & safety regulations and environmental standardsMonitor progress against programme and report site updates to the Project ManagerIdentify and address issues on site promptly to minimise risk or delayMaintain site documentation and ensure accurate reportingFoster a collaborative and productive site environmentRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering or water projectsStrong understanding of the Capital Delivery Framework (advantageous)Excellent knowledge of construction methods, site health & safety, and regulatory complianceSkilled in managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary site teamsStrong communication and organisational skillsRelevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)Full flexibility to work on-site across locations from Cheshire to CarlisleIf you're an experienced Site Manager looking for your next outside IR35 contract in the water sector, we'd love to hear from you.📩 Apply now to be part of essential infrastructure delivery in the North West.
