- Own the end-to-end recruitment process — from crafting compelling job ads to delivering successful offers.
- Manage applications across platforms, screen candidates, conduct pre-interviews, and deliver strong shortlists to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and prep interview packs to ensure hiring managers are ready to shine at every stage.
- Support and participate in interviews where needed, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders — discussing hiring needs, role briefs, candidate feedback, and strategic sourcing.
- Think outside the job board — proactively source talent using headhunting, social media, and creative outreach.
- Be the candidate’s guide — managing relationships from first contact through to offer acceptance. Collaborate on interview materials — develop structured guides and assessments with hiring managers.
- Track key metrics — such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire — and report on trends that impact recruitment performance.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the business
- Confident in screening and interviewing candidates using structured methods
- Hands-on experience using job boards, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail when preparing candidate packs, guides, and reports
