  • Provide legal advice and support across various business functions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.

  • Collaborate with external legal counsel as required.
  • Support dispute resolution and litigation processes as necessary.

  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
