We handle litigation, regulatory and internal investigations, and advise on pre-litigation disputes, across the firm's businesses in EMEA. If you're an experienced attorney handling litigation and investigations, with a strong interest in financial law coupled with critical thinking skills, our dynamic group might be right for you.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leading and providing strategic, hands-on advice on litigation, regulatory and internal investigations.
  • Managing external counsel and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Advising business and control groups within the firm on legal and regulatory issues and reputational risk.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Lawyer with 3-6 years PQE at a leading law firm, financial services in-house position, or a relevant government/regulatory agency enforcement position.
  • Significant experience in the financial services industry, handling litigation, regulatory and/or internal investigations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client skills; ability to build and maintain strong relationship with relevant business and control groups within the firm; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply, and to present clear choices.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced high-pressure environment, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to assess risks.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several simultaneous matters under deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
