Job Type: Locum / ContractRandstad is currently recruiting for an Assistant Team Manager (ATM) to join the Mental Health Social Work Team at Sutton Council.About the Role:
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day team operations, including staff supervision, workload allocation, and providing duty manager cover. You'll also offer guidance to team members while escalating complex cases as needed.This is a vital leadership role focused on ensuring commissioned services are cost-effective and aligned with the needs of service users.
