Job Views 96DescriptionOn behalf of our private client based in the Fulham area are seeking a highly experienced, sole charge, native Russian-speaking Governess/Nanny to support their two bilingual children - Girl (8 years old), Boy (5, nearly 6 years old).The family are planning an international relocation in the next 2-3 years (likely destinations: New York, Switzerland or Moscow) and seek a long-term candidate who can grow with them.The ideal Governess/Nanny will be structured, strong language skills in Russian and English required, nurturing, and educationally focused, with a strong background in childcare, pedagogy, and child psychology. Must be organised, discreet, proactive, confident in sole charge, Pet-friendly (the family has a well-behaved dog and plans to add a cat)Working Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday-Saturday, 3:15-8pmResponsibilities:Nanny Duties
- Travel: During school holidays - Term breaks and summer
- Sole charge care of both children
- School pick-up and after-school supervision
- Escorting to extracurricular activities and sports
- Preparing and supervising children's meals
- Evening routine: dinner, bath, and bedtime prep
- Light nursery-related duties
- Daily supervision of homework and academic progress
- Encouraging independent study and organisation skills
- Supporting development in Russian language (native level)
- Extended time off when the family travels without the nanny
- Annual CPD (Continuing Professional Development) budget of £170
