Job descriptionLink3 is looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Deputy Manager to join our thriving nursery group branch in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire (HP13). This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a leadership role within early years education.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Nursery Manager in the overall day-to-day operations
  • Lead and mentor staff, ensuring high-quality care and education
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
  • Assist with planning, implementing, and reviewing the EYFS curriculum
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health & safety policies
Requirements:
  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
  • Proven experience in a leadership or deputy role in a nursery setting
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • A passion for nurturing and developing young children
