Help get better trained personnel to the front line fasterProject Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver “better trained sailors to the front line faster”.Your role will be to provide accreditation advice, guidance and support across the Team Fisher contract and service requirements.Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.Job title: Accreditation Manager - National qualification frameworks (NQF)Job Description:What you’ll be doing
  • Maintain accurate records of accredited courses and key contacts, ensuring all information is current.
  • Collaborate with awarding bodies and training units to manage qualification changes and maintain accreditation continuity.
  • Support verification processes, including preparation for internal and external quality assurance activities.
  • Analyse verification reports to identify trends and provide insights into accreditation quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and supporting strategy development.
  • Monitor payments and outcomes, ensuring alignment between awarding body fees, student numbers, and results.
What we’re looking forEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Assessor Award Qualifications ( TAQA) D32/D33, A1/2 or equivalent experience
  • Good IT skills – MS Office
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience with working with Awarding Organisations and Quality assurance and control
Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Level 2/GCCSE qualifications in English and maths
  • Level 4 or above in teaching
About SelborneSelborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training. The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN.
