The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with hotel standardsKey ResponsibilitiesGreet guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring excellent service at all timesPrepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel recipes and guest preferencesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of cocktail trends, wine lists and beverage pairingsMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, equipment and stockMonitor guest behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with licensing lawsSupport the Food & Beverage team with stock control, ordering and inventory checksPromote hotel facilities, events and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experienceHandle guest complaints professionally, escalating when necessaryAdhere to all health, safety and hygiene standardsQualificationsPrevious experience as a Bartender or in a similar F&B service role (preferably in a hotel or luxury environment).Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines and beers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented approach.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Additional InformationBenefits
