- Assisting with menu development, stock control, ordering, and GP management
- Maintaining excellent health & safety and hygiene standards
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef (or strong Junior Sous looking for the next step) in a high volume, quality restaurant
- A passion for fresh, seasonal food and modern casual dining
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Financial awareness and an understanding of stock management and GP control
- Calm under pressure, organised, and detail-focused
