With rising student numbers, the school is now looking to appoint a qualified Teacher to join their team in September 2025.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or early-career teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and wants to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing, small-class environment. The school places a strong emphasis on social, emotional and academic development - helping students build confidence and independence for adulthood.About The Role:As a SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to the diverse needs of your students. You’ll be confident teaching across subjects at KS3 and KS4, with support from a collaborative team and skilled teaching assistants. In addition to academic progress, you will help students develop essential life and social skills, working closely with EHCPs and multi-agency teams.What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - applications from ECTs are welcomed
Experience or interest in working with pupils with ASD, SEMH and additional learning needs
A creative, empathetic approach to teaching and classroom management
Confidence in teaching across a range of secondary curriculum subjects
Strong communication skills and commitment to holistic education

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons based on individual needs and EHCPs
Monitor and assess student progress, using school systems and contributing to reports
Support pupils’ personal development and social skills alongside academic outcomes
Work closely with families, therapists and external agencies
Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement plans
Promote safeguarding and wellbeing in every aspect of school life
