- Finance-Focused Solution Design: Architect and implement Oracle EBS solutions that support financial reporting, compliance, and operational goals.
- Technical Oversight of Financial Modules: Lead development and support for core financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Project Costing (PC).
- Regulatory Compliance & Controls: Ensure systems meet financial regulations such as SOX and IFRS, embedding audit trails and control frameworks.
- Integration with Financial Systems: Manage integrations within EBS ecosystem e.g., AP invoice processing, expenses management, financial consolidation, reporting, project controls, HR, banking systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with finance leadership, auditors, and controllers to translate financial requirements into technical deliverables.
- Risk Management & Security: Implement and adhere to robust security protocols and risk mitigation strategies for sensitive financial data and transactions.
- Senior EBS Technical SME: Proven expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 or later), especially in Financials, SCM, or HRMS modules.
- Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher, and Oracle APIs.
- Customization and Integration: Experience in developing and maintaining customizations, extensions, and integrations using Oracle tools and technologies.
- Data Migration and Interface Development: Ability to design and implement data migration strategies and build interfaces between Oracle EBS and external systems.
- Functional Understanding: Solid grasp of Oracle EBS functional processes to effectively collaborate with functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Problem solving mindset: Proactive and strategic approach to identifying challenges, analysing root causes, and implementing effective solutions that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and value creation.
- Documentation and Standards Compliance: Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and adhere to development standards and best practices.
- Project Leadership and Mentoring: Experience leading technical teams, mentoring junior developers, and managing deliverables in a structured project environment.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
