This is a temporary role as a Second Chef in a care home setting, working for Barchester Healthcare, a leading UK healthcare provider. The role involves assisting the Head Chef in creating nutritious and flavoursome menus, working with fresh seasonal produce, and delivering a high standard of hospitality to residents.Main duties of the jobAs a Second Chef, you will have the opportunity to work in a care home environment, delivering hotel/restaurant standards without the split shifts and long weeks typical of the industry.
