Posted 06 August 2025 by LiamHallam Medical has opportunities for Advanced Practitioners (ANP/ACP) to join an Out of Hours (OOH) service in Warrington.As an Advanced Practitioner you will work within the OOH service, delivering high-quality, autonomous care to a wide range of patients.You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions and complex needs. You will diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, integrating both drug and non-drug-based treatment methods into a management plan.Prescribe and review medication for therapeutic effectiveness, appropriate to patient needs and in accordance with evidence-based practice and national/local protocols and within scope of practice.Shifts - Evening shifts during the week & full-day shifts available at weekends.Skills / Requirements:

NMC Registered
MSc Advanced Practice or equivalent (desirable)
Independent Non-Medical Prescriber (V300) (essential)
Clinical Examination and Diagnostics Level 6 or 7 (essential)
Experience of working in urgent care and/or primary care
