- Provide professional front-line customer service, handling enquiries, referrals, and follow-up calls with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Support event coordination by booking rooms, assisting with open days, and helping Tutors and Business Advisors as needed.
- Maintain smooth office operations including stationery orders, mail handling, phone management, and general upkeep.
- Perform administrative tasks such as compliance checks, scanning, raising payments, and managing purchase orders using internal systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, manage challenging situations, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Work to set targets and deadlines while ensuring effective time management and adherence to Health & Safety policies.
- Warm, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Organised, reliable, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

- Experience with administrative systems and computerised management information systems.
- Effective under pressure, with the ability to manage workload both independently and as part of a team.
