- Build insightful reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI) that drive smarter decisions
- Eliminate non-value-adding reports and focus on data that tells a compelling story
- Translate complex analysis into clear insights for operational and senior stakeholders
- Drive a culture of improvement through coaching, training, and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead and support improvement projects across sites and functions
- Partner with internal teams to embed best practices and digital solutions
- Measurable uplift in operational efficiency and service compliance
- Streamlined, actionable reporting aligned with business goals
- Engaged, insight-driven teams empowered to continuously improve
- Smarter resource use and greater client satisfaction
- Strong background in continuous improvement, analytics, and service optimisation
- Proven experience applying Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable process improvements
- Experience working within an Agile environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results iteratively.
- Skilled in Power BI, Microsoft 365, and integrated reporting tools
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence across all levels
- Experience managing multi-site improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across the UK
- Experience in government or regulated sectors
- Qualifications in finance, statistics, or data analysis
- Experience with structured project methodologies and external vendors
