- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our lettings portfolio
- Market Expertise: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Kensington & Chelsea property landscape, market trends, and pricing
- Viewings & Negotiations: Conduct viewings and skillfully negotiate terms that benefit both landlords and tenants
- Administrative Excellence: Ensure all documentation, compliance requirements, and administrative processes are completed to the highest standards
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across all departments to deliver seamless client experiences
- Brand Representation: Uphold our company's reputation through professional presentation and exemplary client service
- Experience: Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally within the Kensington & Chelsea market
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated with a strong drive to identify opportunities and grow the business
