- Respond to enquiries, qualify leads, and follow up to secure orders
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for capital equipment and spare parts
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular updates
- Coordinate with service teams post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Process purchase orders and maintain delivery schedules
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain current pricing
- Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues
- Maintain CRM records and report on key sales metrics
- Manage Letters of Credit and financial documentation
- Support accounts receivable to resolve outstanding debts
- Contribute to market analysis and trend identification
- Assist in content creation for marketing materials
- Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes
- Proven experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or account management (3+ years)
- Strong academic background in business, sales, marketing, or technical disciplines
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Compass, MS Dynamics 365 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of capital equipment, industrial sales, or oil & gas industry
- Familiarity with dealing with international customers.
- Basic understanding of accounting or finance principles
