Working closely with the Head of PD&I, data teams, and fundraisers across the department, you’ll pinpoint high-potential alumni and supporters, match them to campaign propositions, and ensure an orderly, strategic allocation of prospects. You will turn emerging news, industry trends, and data analytics into actionable insights, equipping relationship managers with the intelligence they need to cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts.In parallel, you will champion best practice in prospect management and research. That means safeguarding data integrity on our CRM, running regular reports to track pipeline health, and embedding processes that comply with GDPR and UCL’s ethical standards. You’ll also conduct targeted due diligence and briefing research, sharing findings in clear, compelling formats. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills allow you to inspire confidence in fundraisers, while your meticulous attention to data integrity ensures compliance with GDPR and best practice standards.
