Our confidential client is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across major development and construction projects.The RoleAs Commercial Finance Manager, you will support senior leadership in delivering accurate financial reporting, robust project controls, and strategic insights. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex project financing and commercial decision-making.Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly project reporting and cost value reconciliations (CVRs)
- Manage financial systems for application and certification processes
- Oversee commercial change control and project variation reporting
- Collaborate on project financing and liaise with funding institutions
- Prepare financial reporting packs, management accounts, and forecasts
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and contract reviews with commercial teams
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent) or strong commercial finance experience
- Proven background in construction or property development
- Skilled in project-based finance, cash flow management, and financial modelling
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems (e.g., Sage SICON, Sage Intacct CRE, PayApps)
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
