The school caters for young people with moderate and severe learning difficulties, including those in Key Stage 3 provision for Year 7 pupils at an additional site nearby.The school offers a broad, personalised curriculum to meet the needs of each learner, with exceptional outdoor and woodland learning spaces and strong community links. - Provide 1:1 and group support for students with a range of SEND
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
- Support pupils’ communication, social, and emotional needs
- Help create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment
- Build supportive and trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Work under the guidance of teaching staff to implement individual learning plans
- Full-time: 32.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, term time only
- Long-term roles starting September 2025

- Must have previous experience working with young people with SEND
- Ability to relate well to both children and adults
- Positive, enthusiastic, and resilient with high energy levels
- Experience dealing with challenging behaviour.
- Able to follow instructions while also taking initiative when needed
- A current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through Connex
