Days shiftMy client who are based in the Aldridge area are looking for a hand person / maintenance team member to join the department on a temporary basis, this role could be permanent for the right person.The ideal candidate will be supporting the maintenance department on site:Duties of a handy person / maintenance team member to include:Painting, fixing toilets, replacing lighting bulbs and other ad hoc dutiesAssisting with new installs, overseeing contractors on site
Arranging service maintenance visits
Ordering replacement parts/spares
Conduct compliance checks to include, emergency lighting
Dealing with general repairs and maintenance on site to include Painting, fixing toilets, replacing lighting bulbs and other ad hoc duties.
