What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Managing property viewings and client relationships
  • Negotiating sales and progressing deals
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • 12+ months’ estate agency experience (preferred) or strong sales/customer service background
  • Previous experience in a commission-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organised and able to manage a busy workload
  • Strong telephone manner and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic
  • Full UK driving licence and own car essential
