This role is based in the Central Audit Delivery Centre team supporting both Quality and Risk and United State India (USI) through a split role.This is an opportunity to work in a small, close-knit team in an industry that is continuously growing and expanding. Our team provides support to Deloitte's Delivery Centres including but not limited to; Regional Audit Delivery Centre, Project Management Centre of Excellence, Subsidiary Accounts Completion Centre and United States India (USI) which operate from India under an extended team model. The role provides a mixture of operational and compliance monitoring support, escalating any quality risks to the Central Audit Delivery Centre Quality and Risk and United States India Central team and looking at ways to minimize risk, monitoring controls and improving processes.Quality and Risk key responsibilities include:
  • Supervising and leading the collation and co-ordination of data requests from a magnitude of contacts across the UK and NSE member firms.
  • Formatting and drafting complex deliverables on MS Powerpoint and Excel ready for first review.
  • Organise and arrange meetings with key stakeholders on MS Outlook and Teams.
USI Central Team key responsibilities include
  • Formatting and drafting complex deliverables on MS PowerPoint ready for first review.
  • Working with a variety of stakeholders in relation to USI integration.
  • Performing data analysis and formulating key insights and identifying trends using MS Excel.
Connect to your skills and professional experienceYou have excellent knowledge of the audit industry and phases alongside a high attention to detail and the ability to escalate when required. You will be able to problem solve and consider innovative ways to proactively contribute to the improvement of quality within Delivery Centres and support the team with a number of projects.ESSENTIAL:
  • Ability to create presentations on MS PowerPoint using data analysis skills from Excel.
  • Competent in numeracy and comfortable working with data.
  • Producing deliverables following a suitable briefing and supervision, including meeting management, data collection forms, slide production.
  • Confidently use MS Outlook and Teams to arrange and organise meetings with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously.
DESIRABLE:
  • Professional background in external or internal Audit, Compliance or Risk background.
  • Understanding and experience of delivery centres and or shared services.
