What you will do:
  • Provide personalised one-to-one and group support to individuals facing challenges with drug and alcohol use.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and design recovery plans in conjunction with service users.
  • Track and review progress, ensuring that recovery plans evolve to meet the changing needs of the individuals.
  • Work alongside health professionals, social workers, justice services, and family members to deliver integrated care.
  • Guide service users through harm reduction strategies and techniques to prevent relapse.
  • Maintain precise and current records using CGL systems to ensure high standards of care.
  • Offer crisis support and manage risks, raising concerns as needed.
  • Motivate and support service users to engage in educational, employment, and training opportunities.
